TENANT RESPONSE SHEET <br />Measurements to the restroom were incorrect in the first set of plans due to software <br />malfunctions. Plans have been redrawn to reflect correct information. <br />Page 1 of 1 has been omitted due to comments mostly being directions. -Much <br />appreciated. <br />The following are Page 2 of 2: <br />6. All plans and required paperwork will be signed by proper personnel in accordance to <br />Business and Professions Code Chapter 3, Division 3, Section 5536.1(a). <br />7. Clearance and approvals will be obtained for building permit issuance. <br />a. Update Contractor information with proof of Workers Compensation Insurance <br />attached. <br />8. Exit sign indicated on corrected set of drawings and specified. Self-illuminated red text <br />"EXIT", white frame, is installed in a high visibility area to meet standards. <br />9. N/A, Exit pathway leads to a larger exterior curb area where no vehicles can access. <br />Various planters are present but do not obstruct any business entrance or exits which can <br />interfere with CBC Codes. There is a 36" clearance on identified grade level pathway. All <br />required exit signs are present. <br />10. DSA/AC approved detectable warning is installed in required locations. <br />11. Corrected plans now show bottom and top lateral supports <br />.
