Jonquil Road, <br />Santa Ana, CA 92706. <br /> <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Tran: <br /> <br />In accordance with the requirements of the City and per your request and authorization, <br />this soil report has been prepared for the proposed project. <br /> <br />It is noted that Geotechnical International was the project geotechnical consultant of <br />many similar projects in the City of Santa Ana. Therefore, we are familiar with the <br />geotechnical conditions of the site. <br /> <br />Follow is a summary of our findings and conclusions and recommendations for this <br />project. <br /> <br />Site Description and Proposed Development <br /> <br />The subject property is located at the northeasterly corner of Jonquil Road & Park Lane, <br />adjacent to and on the west side of Santa Ana Freeway, west of Broadway, east of <br />Flower Street, north of Santiago Creek (north of Riverside Drive), and south of Mercury <br />Lane, within a developed residential area. <br /> <br />A one-story house with a detached garage exists at the site. <br /> <br />Based on the Site Plan prepared by the designer, we understand that the proposed new <br />detached ADU will be constructed in the rear yard area where is currently covering with <br />grass. <br /> <br />Note to the geotechnical report reviewer: Please see the actual full-scale plans prepared <br />by the architect/designer/civil engineer which are separately submitted to the City for <br />review, for clarification/details of the proposed development, as needed. <br /> <br />Unit #2, Santa Ana, CA 92706.
