(MCU 5.1 <br />Board only) <br />Cable temperature <br />on J25 sensor is <br />greater than 95c for <br />> 2sec <br />- Review logs for error history <br />- If issue is persistent, contact <br />BTC Power for further <br />assistance <br />- Technician may be <br />dispatched if issue cannot be <br />solved remotely <br />- Locate J25 connector on the MCU <br />Board <br />- Determine thermistor wire colors at <br />the J25 connection <br /> - If wires are black, proceed to next <br />step. <br /> - If wires are not black (any other <br />color), call BTC for redispatch. <br />- Trace the black wires from the J25 <br />connector and determine if they go to <br />the left or the right cable. This will <br />determine the cable you will work on. <br />- Take photos of the thermistor <br />landings prior to beginning work. <br />- Remove and replace both <br />thermistors on the cable that was <br />determined previously. <br />- Ensure all thermistors are connected <br />at the proper locations. <br />- If the Dispenser is Dual CCS, replace <br />the thermistors for the other cable. <br />CHARGER_OVERVOLTAGE_ERROR Dispenser 4 Medium Over voltage fault <br />detected on power <br />module by Dispenser. <br />Can be caused due to <br />opening contactors by <br />vehicle or charger in <br />emergency shut down <br />situations. <br />Dispenser detected <br />voltage greater than <br />threshold for that <br />charging session <br />- Check calibration via <br />TeamViewer <br />- Check settings <br />- Check dispenser output contactors <br />- Check MiniPCM connections <br />CHARGER_OVERCURRENT_ERROR Dispenser 4 Medium Charger over current <br />fault detected on <br />power module <br />Dispenser detected <br />current greater than <br />threshold for that <br />charging session <br />- Check calibration via <br />TeamViewer <br />- Check settings <br />- Check dispenser output contactors <br />- Check MiniPCM connections <br />TOWER_INTERMITTENT_SAFETY_ERROR Tower 4 Medium Tower Safety is getting <br />removed which is <br />causing charge session <br />to drop to 0A and stay <br />in that state. <br />Tower safety loss <br />detected during <br />charging session <br />- Review logs for error history <br />- If issue is persistent, contact <br />BTC Power for further <br />assistance <br />- Technician may be <br />dispatched if issue cannot be <br />solved remotely <br />- Check door switches on Tower (3 <br />locations). Check for proper alignment <br />and continuity. (Possible fans causing <br />left door to open, disengaging door <br />switch) <br />- Check safety relay LEDs and ensure <br />all five LEDs are illuminated.
