Indicate where each construction activity within a major area must be sequenced or <br />integrated with other construction activities to provide for the following: <br />a.Structural completion. <br />b.Temporary enclosure and space conditioning. <br />c.Permanent space enclosure. <br />d.Completion of mechanical installation. <br />e.Completion of electrical installation. <br />f.Substantial Completion. <br />6.Other Constraints: Requirements by Mall listed in Tenant Handbook. <br />D.Milestones: Include milestones indicated in the Contract Documents in schedule, including, but not <br />limited to, the Notice to Proceed, Substantial Completion, and final completion, and the following <br />interim milestones: <br />1.Exterior wall and roof enclosure. <br />2.Concrete slab work complete. <br />3.Temporary space conditioning. <br />E.Upcoming Work Summary: Prepare summary report indicating activities scheduled to occur or <br />commence prior to submittal of next schedule update. Summarize the following issues: <br />1.Unresolved issues. <br />2.Unanswered Requests for Information. <br />3.Rejected or unreturned submittals. <br />4.Notations on returned submittals. <br />5.Pending modifications affecting the Work and the Contract Time. <br />F.Contractor's Construction Schedule Updating: At bi-weekly intervals, update schedule to reflect actual <br />construction progress and activities. Issue schedule one week before each regularly scheduled <br />progress meeting. <br />1.Revise schedule immediately after each meeting or other activity where revisions have been <br />recognized or made. Issue updated schedule concurrently with the report of each such meeting.
