Refer to the Drawings. <br />SECTION 09 2900 - GYPSUM BOARD <br />PART 1 - GENERAL <br />1.1 SUMMARY <br />A.Section Includes: <br />1.Interior gypsum board. <br />2.Tile backing panels. <br />B.Related Requirements: <br />1.Section 06 1600 "Sheathing" for gypsum sheathing for exterior walls. <br />2.Section 09 2216 "Non-Structural Metal Framing" for non-structural steel framing and <br />suspension systems that support gypsum board panels. <br />1.2 ACTION SUBMITTALS <br />A.Product Data: For the following: <br />1.Gypsum wallboard. <br />2.Gypsum board, Type X. <br />3.Gypsum ceiling board. <br />4.Impact-resistant gypsum board. <br />5.Mold-resistant gypsum board. <br />6.Water-resistant gypsum backing board. <br />7.Cementitious backer units. <br />8.Interior trim. <br />9.Joint treatment materials. <br />10.Laminating adhesive. <br />11.Sound-attenuation blankets. <br />1.3 DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING <br />A.Store materials inside under cover and keep them dry and protected against weather, condensation, <br />direct sunlight, construction traffic, and other potential causes of damage. Stack panels flat and <br />supported on risers on a flat platform to prevent sagging.
