Main St. Suite 1100 <br />Santa Ana, CA 92705 <br />PD Project #2309147GR <br />Dear Mr. Lee, Ms. Zuniga, and Ms. Hemandez, <br />Approved <br />FOR PERMIT ISSUANCE <br />Master ID: <br />Date: <br />I am writing to formally notify the City of Santa Ana that I have retired from active architectural practice and my <br />California architect license (No. CA-35034) expired on July 31, 2025. <br />As such, I will no longer serve as the Architect of Record for the above -referenced project Paradigm Design, my <br />firm, is in the process of securing the services of a new California -licensed architect who will assume <br />responsibility as the Architect of Record. The new architect's name and license number will be provided to you, <br />and all revised drawings will be signed, dated, and stamped in accordance with your requirements. <br />The design scope and documents remain unchanged, and the project will continue to be managed by Paradigm <br />Design. The only change is in the responsible architect of record. <br />Please update your records accordingly once the new architects information is submitted along with the revised <br />stamped plans. <br />Thank you for your assistance in this transition.
