Round 1 Bowling and Amusement 12/09/2024 Paradigm Design <br />Main Place Mall Expansion Grand Rapids, MI <br />Santa Ana, California <br />Project #2309147GR <br />SUMMARY 01 1000 - 2 <br />ed. 2023-09-22 <br />1.Fire Protection, Plumbing Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer: <br />a.Rhoades Engineering, 1751 Barlow Street, Traverse City, MI 49686. <br />F.Other Owner Consultants (Not in Contract – Reference Only): Owner has retained the following <br />professionals who have prepared designated portions of the Contract Documents: <br />1.Decibel-Studios, Inc. has prepared the following portions under a separate contract with the owner: <br />a.Audio system infrastructure. <br />b.Video system infrastructure. <br />c.CCTV/surveillance infrastructure. <br />d.Data and network infrastructure. <br />e.A/V server racks and infrastructure. <br />1.4 WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br />A.Type of Contract: <br />1.Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. <br />1.5 WORK BY OWNER <br />A.General: Cooperate fully with Owner so work may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or <br />delaying work under this Contract or work by Owner. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work <br />performed by Owner. <br />B.Concurrent Work: Owner’s Contractor will perform the following construction operations at Project site. <br />Those operations will be conducted simultaneously with Work under this Contract. <br />1.Decibel-Studios, Inc. has prepared documents and will provide equipment, materials, and <br />installation of including but not limited to the following: <br />a.Audio system infrastructure. <br />b.Video system infrastructure including TV’s and support brackets, mounts, and poles. <br />c.CCTV/surveillance infrastructure. <br />d.Data and network infrastructure. <br />e.A/V server racks and infrastructure. <br />2.Cross Design & Lighting, Inc. has prepared documents and will provide materials and installation <br />of including but not limited to the following: <br />a.Wall Graphics. <br />b.Exterior Wall Signage.
