Round 1 Bowling and Amusement 12/09/2024 Paradigm Design <br />Main Place Mall Expansion Grand Rapids, MI <br />Santa Ana, California <br />Project #2309147GR <br />SUMMARY 01 1000 - 4 <br />ed. 2023-09-22 <br />1.10 COORDINATION WITH OCCUPANTS <br />A.Partial Occupancy: Other Mall and Tenant Patrons will occupy the adjacent premises during entire <br />construction period, with the exception of areas under construction. Cooperate with Mall Management <br />during construction operations to minimize conflicts and facilitate Patron usage. Perform the Work so as <br />not to interfere with Mall's operations. Maintain existing exits unless otherwise indicated. <br />1.Maintain access to existing walkways, corridors, and other adjacent occupied or used facilities. Do <br />not close or obstruct walkways, corridors, or other occupied or used facilities without written <br />permission from Mall Management and authorities having jurisdiction. <br />2.Provide not less than 72 hours' notice to the Mall Management of activities that will affect Mall's <br />operations and egress passage. <br />1.11 WORK RESTRICTIONS <br />A.Work Restrictions, General: Comply with restrictions on construction operations as required by Mall <br />Management. Refer to Contractor’s Rules and Regulations. <br />1.Comply with limitations on use of public sidewalks and streets with Mall Management. <br />B.On-Site Work Hours: Normal business working hours of 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through <br />Saturday. Additional information will be discussed at Preconstruction Meeting. <br />1.Weekend Hours: Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. <br />2.Hours for noisy activity or after hours: After hours work will not require any additional approval <br />from Mall management. Noisy activity should be scheduled on off business hours or coordinated <br />with Mall Operations Manager. Complaints from customers or tenants will result in Mall <br />management stopping work that is disruptive. Tenant above space will be in operation during <br />business hours. <br />C.Existing Utility Interruptions: Do not interrupt utilities serving facilities occupied by the Mall or others <br />unless permitted under the following conditions and then only after providing temporary utility services <br />according to requirements indicated: <br />1.Notify Landlord, Architect, and Mall Management not less than three (3) days in advance of <br />proposed utility interruptions. <br />2.Obtain Landlord’s written permission before proceeding with utility interruptions. <br />D.Noise, Vibration, and Odors: Coordinate operations that may result in high levels of noise and vibration, <br />odors, or other disruption to Mall Tenants and Customers. <br />1.Notify Landlord, Architect, and Mall Management not less than three (3) days in advance of <br />proposed disruptive operations. <br />2.Obtain Landlord’s written permission before proceeding with disruptive operations.
