However, earth materials can vary <br />in characteristics, both laterally and vertically, and those variations could affect the conclusions and <br />recommendations contained herein. As such, observation and testing by a qualified geotechnical consultant <br />during the construction phase of the project are essential to confirming the basis of this report. <br /> <br />This report has been prepared consistent with that level of care being provided by other professionals providing <br />similar services at the locale and time period.
