Response Letter
ACROS ENERGY | acrosenergy.com | 512.663.9058 | info@acrosenergy.com
Via email: loic.ipoua@powerflex.com
July 30, 2024

Client:
Loic Ipoua
Project Engineer II
Powerflex – EDF Renewables
805 Third Avenue
New York, NY 10022
Tel: (346) 526-3380

Project:
CPT Harbor Ana,

Project Address:
2721 S Harbor Blvd, Santa Ana, CA 92704

Dear Loic,
We have reviewed the comments dated 07/10/25 regarding our report and have updated the final
version accordingly.
The revised report demonstrates that the subject building has adequate vertical load capacity to support
the additional load from the proposed PV system. As explained in Section 5, the existing lateral load-
resisting system is permitted to remain unaltered, since the added PV system weight does not exceed 10
percent of the roof-level dead load.
Deflection and ponding calculations are provided in Appendix A, and the roof framing plan is included in
Appendix B.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
