It is not unusual <br />n <br />between and beyond such locations, which differ from the conditions encountered. If <br />conditions are encountered during construction which appear to differ from those <br />previously disclosed, this office should be notified so as to consider the need for <br />modifications. On -site construction observations and wherever appropriate, tests should <br />be performed during the course of construction by a representative of this office to <br />evaluate compliance with the design concepts, specifications, and recommendations <br />contained herein. <br />Your attention is directed to the fact that while caving was minor in the test hole at the <br />time of drilling, it is possible that a trench or excavation could react in an altogether <br />different manner. All shoring and bracing should be in accordance with the current <br />requirements of CAL -OSHA, the Industrial Accident Commission of the state of <br />California and all other public agencies having jurisdiction. <br />This report has been compiled for the exclusive use of the client, it shall not be <br />transferred to, or used by, other parties, or applied to any project on this site other than <br />described herein without consent and /or thorough review by this office. <br />14 <br />
