MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />To: Date: <br />From: <br />Subject:No fee Building Plan Check & Permit for Project 22-1415 Memorial Park Aquatics Center <br />(City Project) <br /> <br /> <br />The Public Works Agency is managing the design and construction process for a New Aquatics <br />Center & Two Pools at Memorial Park, 2102 Flower Street. The project will require a several <br />building permit(s) for demolition, grading, building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sign & solar. <br />As this is a City project, we are requesting few waivers for all applicable PBA plan checking & <br />permits. <br /> <br />The Scope of Work includes renovation of an existing City of Santa Ana Memorial Park Aquatics <br />Center, including demolition of a non-conforming structure, demolition of an existing pool, grading, <br />new building, 2 new pools (recreational & competition), pool deck with seating areas, ADA <br />compliancy, exterior lighting, cameras, lighting fixtures, landscape, irrigation, site furnishings, <br />exterior fencing & concrete. <br /> <br />If there are any questions, please contact Victor Rosales at Extension #5686 (office), or 714-904- <br />8950. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
