However, earth materials can vary in characteristics, both laterally and <br />vertically, and those variations could affect the conclusions and recommendations <br />contained herein. As such, observation and testing by a qualified geotechnical consultant <br />during the construction phase of the project are essential to confirming the basis of this <br />report. <br /> <br />This report has been prepared consistent with that level of care being provided by other <br />professionals providing similar services at the locale and time period.
