The purpose of this assessment is to <br />determine the safety and functionality of these elements. The report is structured according to the <br />following SB721 categories: <br />1. Element Classification: <br />Classifying the type of each exterior elevated element(s) and associated waterproofing system. <br />2. Physical Condition Evaluation: <br />Investigating the current physical condition of the EEE(s) and the related waterproofing system. <br />Utilizing allowed techniques for performance evaluation, such as visual inspection or comparable <br />means. <br />3. Performance and Useful Life Assessment: <br />Determining the expected future performance and useful life of the load -bearing components and <br />associated elements. <br />4.
