CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />Planning and Building Agency <br />�� 3Ead✓isor <br />Summary of Assignment <br />On September 10, 2024, a screening assessment was conducted to comply <br />Bill 721 (SB721) requirements. The assessment focused on the Exter <br />(EEE) within the referenced property. <br />Approved <br />FOR PERMIT ISSUANC <br />}� Cali ff rnia enate <br />9aster 1B: <br />Elevated Elements <br />The screening inspection process involved the identification, documentation, and classification <br />of all potential EEEs. A proprietary checklist was utilized, and concealed areas beneath the <br />EEEs were visually examined using a borescope to assess the wooden framework and other <br />structural components. The assessment encompassed a comprehensive visual inspection of all <br />observable surfaces of the inspected EEEs. <br />Data collection involved field notes, photographs, and borescope images, which were <br />subsequently processed and evaluated. This report has been created to provide details on the <br />EEEs that were inspected, including any identified concerns. An appendix containing <br />illustrations and accompanying explanations of the concerns has been appended to this report. <br />Observations <br />The subject property comprises a 2-story apartment building.
