Wood Frame of walkway <br />https: //drby. me/FQn l yEw3 <br />Identified defect (2): Wood Frame <br />Issue: Low level joist/rim joist/ beam/ ledger defect <br />Approved <br />FOR PERMIT ISSUANC <br />Characteristics: During the inspection, we identified minor signs of wear and tear on the wood <br />frame components, such as joists and rim joists. These are characterized by slight surface cracks, <br />minor discoloration, and superficial imperfections. Fortunately, these issues are primarily <br />cosmetic in nature and do not compromise the structural integrity of the wood. <br />Recommendation:1. Visual Inspection: Thoroughly inspect joists and rim joists for signs of <br />wear, surface cracks, or discoloration. <br />2. Surface Treatment: Clean and lightly sand affected areas to remove surface imperfections. <br />Apply a wood preservative or sealant to maintain the wood's integrity. <br />3.
