The following criteria must be adhered to during the repair and <br />replacement process: <br />a. Recommendations of a Licensed Professional: <br />The contractor must follow the recommendations provided by a licensed professional, who has <br />conducted an inspection and identified the repair needs. These recommendations serve as a guide <br />for the contractor's repair and replacement activities. <br />b.
