THICKNESS OF (N) SHEATHING MUST MATCH (E) SHEATHING. <br />4. ALL RUSTED SPOTS ON (E) RAILING/STRINGERS MUST BE FIXED AND RECOATED WITH ANTIRUST PAINT. <br />5. ALL FINISHING MATERIALS TO MATCH EXISTING. <br />6. ALL CRACKS MUST BE REPAIRED/SEALED AND RECOATED. <br />7.ANY NOTCH OR RIPPING IT MUST MATCH EXISTING CONDITION AND SIZE WHERE OCCUR. <br />8.THE RAILING HEIGHT MUST BE 42" HIGH PER CURRENT BUILDING CODE.
