The purpose of this investigation was to assess the geotechnical <br />conditions of the site and provide design recommendations for the proposed development. The <br />investigation consisted of field exploration, laboratory testing, percolation testing, engineering analyses of <br />field and laboratory data, and preparation of this report. The scope of geotechnical services provided did <br />not include an environmental site assessment for the presence of hazardous/toxic materials in the on -site <br />soils and is beyond the scope of this investigation. <br />We appreciate the opportunity to be of service.
