<br />9. EXAMINATION OF THE SITE: THE CONTRACTOR SHALL THOROUGHLY EXAMINE THE SITE AND THOROUGHLY SATISFY
<br />HIMSELF/HERSELF AS TO THE CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE WORK IS TO BE PROFORMED.THE CONTRACTOR
<br />SHALL VERIFY AT THE SITE ALL GRADES, MEASUREMENTS AND CONDITIONS AFFECTING HIS/HER WORK AND SHALL
<br />BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CORRECTION OF THE SAME.
<br />10. ALL WORK CONNECTED WITH THIS PROJECT SHALL BE DONE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH

<br />11. THE OWNER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR NOTIFYING DRAMS INC AND OR THE ENGINEER OF ANY UNUSUAL OR
<br />UNFORESEEN STRUCTURAL CONDITIONS, DISCREPANCIES OR CHANGES FROM THE PLANS BEFORE PROCEEDING
<br />WITH THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING FIELD
<br />MEASUREMENTS BEFORE ORDERING MATERIAL AND FABRICATING ITEMS.
<br />12. ADEQUATE SUPERVISION AND PERIODICAL INSPECTIONS DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE IS RECOMMENDED.
<br />THE OWNER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE THAT INSPECTION AND / OR SUPERVISION IS PROVIDED BY
<br />QUALIFIED PERSONS.
<br />13. THESE PLANS SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE AND READY FOR CONSTRUCTION UNTIL A BUILDING PERMIT

<br />18. LOCATIONS OF ALL UTILITY LINES (DUCTS, PIPES, CONDUITS, AND OTHER OVERHEAD OBSTRUCTIONS) SHOWN
