This should qualify <br />what required per LABC and CBC 2022. <br /> <br />Soil Parameters for Footing Analysis: <br />(from Table 1806.2, Class of Materials – 5) <br /> <br />Vertical Foundation Pressure = 1,500 psf <br />Lateral Bearing Pressure = 100 psf/ft <br />Lateral Sliding Resistance, Cohesioin = 130 psf <br />It is the professional opinion of PNP Engineering Inc. that, minimum soil values can be used if <br />a soil report is not available for foundation design per CBC 2022. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please let me know.
