GENERAL NOTES

<br />10. PRIOR TO ANY EXISTING CONCRETE SAW CUTTING OR REMOVAL, CONTRACTOR SHALL CHECK IF EXISTING
<br />CONCRETE CONTAINS ANY TENSION CABLES AND NOTIFY ENGINEER BEFORE STARTING THE CUTTING OR
<br />REMOVAL PROCESS.
<br />11. DURING THE EXISTING CONCRETE SAW CUTTING OR REMOVAL PROCESS, IF TENSION CABLES ARE
<br />ENCOUNTERED, CONTRACTOR SHALL STOP THE PROCESS IMMEDIATELY AND CONSULT WITH THE ENGINEER
<br />BEFORE PROCEEDING.
<br />12. ANY WORK PERFORMED IN CONFLICT WITH PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, OR ANY APPLICABLE CODE SHALL BE
<br />CORRECTED BY THE CONTRACTOR AT NO EXPENSE TO THE ENGINEER OR THE OWNER. ALSO, THE ENGINEER
<br />WILL BE COMPENSATED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL DESIGN WORK RESULTED THEREOF.
<br />13. DO NOT SCALE DRAWINGS, CONTRACTOR SHALL ONLY USE WRITTEN DIMENSIONS.
<br />14. CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT START CONSTRUCTION UNLESS PLANS ARE APPROVED BY THE APPROVING
<br />AGENCIES. CONTRACTOR SHALL ONLY USE APPROVED PLANS FOR CONSTRUCTION.

<br />16. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, AND
<br />PLUMBING PLANS AND NOTIFY ENGINEER IF ANY CONFLICT BEFORE START OF THE CONSTRUCTION OR
<br />ORDERING ANY MATERIALS.
<br />17. CONTRACTOR SHALL CHECK THE BUILDING LOCATION WITH RESPECT TO PROPERTY LINES, AND VERIFY
<br />ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS BEFORE EXCAVATION, AND NOTIFY ENGINEER IF ANY DISCREPANCIES.
<br />18. IN CASE OF CONTRADICTION BETWEEN THE DRAWINGS, THE SPECIFICATIONS, AND THE CODES, OR IF ANY
<br />CHANGE IS REQUIRED, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL INFORM THE ENGINEER IMMEDIATELY. NO CHANGE SHALL BE

<br />FOUNDATION NOTES
