Scope of Work <br />This project consists of replacing existing antennas with new antennas. All antennas will be mounted <br />onto new antenna mounts attached to an existing frp screen and a new steel H-frame. <br /> <br />New Antenna Equipment (see architectural plans for quantities and locations): <br /> <br />1. Structural Assessment <br /> <br />Mount Stress Level with Proposed Equipment 44.0% PASS <br />New H-FRAME 68.7% PASS <br /> <br />IV. Provisions of Analysis & Disclaimer <br /> <br />Our structural calculations are completed assuming all information provided to us is accurate and <br />applicable to this site. For the purposes of calculations, we assume an overall structure condition of <br />“like new” and all members, connections, anchors, and surfaces to be free of corrosion and/or <br />structural defects. The structure owner and/or contractor shall verify the structure’s condition prior <br />to installation of any proposed equipment.
