Property Owner Authorization Letter <br /> <br />I, Elvis Martinez, hereby grant permission for the installation of a solar system on the <br />property located at 1429 S Garnsey St, Santa Ana, CA 92707. This authorization <br />includes all necessary permits, inspections, and access required for the installation, <br />operation, and maintenance of the solar system. <br />I understand that this solar system installation will involve the placement of solar <br />panels and associated equipment on the property. I acknowledge that I am the legal <br />owner of the property and have the authority to grant permission for this installation. <br />I authorize Monalee Solar, their contractors, employees, or agents to access the <br />property for the purpose of installing, maintaining, repairing, and removing the solar <br />system as needed. I agree to cooperate with Monalee Solar to facilitate the installation <br />process and to ensure the proper functioning of the solar system. <br />I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agreed to the terms and conditions of the solar <br />system installation agreement provided by Monalee Solar I understand that I may be <br />eligible for various incentives, tax credits, or rebates related to the installation of the <br />solar system, and I authorize Monalee Solar to pursue these incentives on my behalf. <br />This authorization is valid until the solar system is removed from the property or until <br />further notice is provided in writing.
