S Van Ness Ave <br /> <br />1. Description of the Structure and Site <br />This project is located at 606 S Van Ness Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92701, is a new one-story residential <br />building. The north elevation of structure is shown in Fig.1. The structural system consists of wood <br />structural frame system with shear wall. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />No geotechnical report was provided. The design of foundation is based on the default value <br />provided in foundation requirements for residential projects and accessory structures dated <br />06/22/2020 by the County of Orange Department of Public Works. The design of foundation is <br />also based on the default values provided in Table 1806.2 of CBC 2022 for soil class 5 (CL, ML, <br />MH, and CH).
