Kedge Ave. <br />(APN: 108-562-09) in Santa Ana, CA <br /> <br />Dear Quoc, <br /> <br />The City of Santa Ana Planning and Building Agency (PBA) is the responsible agency for legal <br />addressing within the City of Santa Ana’s jurisdiction. This letter confirms the address assignment <br />for a new detached ADU located at 5410 W. Kedge Ave. (APN: 108-562-09). Notice is hereby <br />given that the following assigned address(es) shall be posted onsite per the approved address <br />plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Address(es) to be Activated/Posted <br />1. 5412 W. Kedge Ave. (Address for the new detached ADU) <br /> <br />To subdivide commercial and/or residential units into multiple units, a building permit (and all other <br />associated permits), plans, and inspection approvals by the PBA are required. Address(es) will <br />be verified during inspections by the Building Safety Division. <br /> <br />Please update your records accordingly.
