I was hoping to discuss the subject project with you in-person today, but the staff <br />informed me that you were not in today, so they provided your business card. <br /> <br />The attached project is an (e) 463 sq.ft garage conversion with a 537 sq.ft addition to a new 2-story ADU in the City of <br />Santa Ana. The project currently meets all of the OCFA Plan Submittal Criteria Form (SFR) which is attached to this email, <br />but the plan checker referred us to you. I have attached both the form and also the architectural set of plans to this email. <br />Can you please let us know if this is a project that needs to be reviewed by you?
