VISIT AND INSPECT THE JOB SITE PRIOR TO BIDDING AND BECOME FAMILIAR WITH ALL <br />EXISTING CONDITIONS. INCLUDE THE COST OF WORK REQUIRED TO ACCOMMODATE THE <br />EXISTING CONDITIONS IN THE BID PROPOSAL. <br />2. DEMOLITION DRAWINGS AND NOTES MAY NOT NECESSARILY BE ALL INCLUSIVE. IT IS THE <br />INTENT THAT THE CONTRACTOR PERFORM ALL DEMOLITION AS NECESSARY TO <br />ACCOMPLISH THE WORK AS INDICATED FOR ALTERATIONS AND NEW CONSTRUCTION. <br />ANY DISCREPANCIES FOUND WITH RESPECT TO ACTUAL FIELD CONDITIONS SHALL BE <br />BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE ARCHITECT/ENGINEER FOR RESOLUTION. <br />3. UNFORESEEN EXISTING CONDITIONS DISCOVERED THAT IMPEDE THE CONTRACTORS <br />WORK SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE ARCHITECT/ENGINEER FOR <br />RESOLUTION. <br />4. IF THE PROJECT IS PHASED, REFER TO PHASING DRAWINGS IF PROVIDED OR PROVIDE A <br />PHASING SCHEDULE AND COORDINATE DEMOLITION WITH THE WORK OF EACH PHASE. <br />5. PROVIDE TEMPORARY PARTITIONS AS NEEDED DURING DEMOLITION AND <br />CONSTRUCTION TO PROTECT EXISTING FACILITIES AND PEOPLE, MAINTAIN BUILDING <br />EXITS AND PASSAGES. PROVIDE TEMPORARY PROVISIONS FOR ALL EXISTING AND/ OR <br />NEW BUILDING SYSTEMS TO MAINTAIN SERVICE IN ADJACENT AREAS. <br />6. PROVIDE TEMPORARY SHORING AND BRACING OF EXISTING BUILDING COMPONENTS AS <br />MAY BE REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY DURING DEMOLITION. <br />7. PROVIDE TEMPORARY PROVISIONS FOR ALL EXISTING AND/ OR NEW BUILDING SYSTEMS <br />TO MAINTAIN SERVICE IN ADJACENT AREAS. TEMPORARY PROVISIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE <br />NOT LIMITED TO WALLS, DOOR, AND MISCELLANEOUS MATERIALS AS REQUIRED TO <br />SUPPORT EXISTING BUILDING SYSTEMS. <br />8. PROVIDE TEMPORARY CONNECTIONS TO MAINTAIN EXISTING SYSTEMS IN SERVICE <br />DURING CONSTRUCTION. WHEN PERFORMING WORK ON ENERGIZED EQUIPMENT, USE <br />PERSONNEL EXPERIENCED IN SUCH OPERATIONS. <br />9. ANY HAZARDOUS MATERIAL FOUND OR SUSPECTED AS BEING HAZARDOUS SHALL BE <br />BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE ARCHITECT/ENGINEER. DO NOT REMOVE OR <br />DISTURB SUCH MATERIALS UNLESS AUTHORIZED TO DO SO. <br />10. REFER TO MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS FOR DEMOLITION <br />SPECIFIC TO THOSE TRADES. <br />11. REMOVE WITH CARE ALL EQUIPMENT TO BE RELOCATED. REPAIR OR REPLACE ANY <br />EQUIPMENT DAMAGED DURING RELOCATION, AS REQUIRED. <br />12. COORDINATE DISPOSITION OF ALL REMOVED EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS WITH THE <br />OWNER. <br />13. COORDINATE ANY UTILITY/BUILDING SYSTEM SHUTDOWNS WITH THE OWNER. <br />14. PROVIDE ALL MATERIALS, RENTALS, AND EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR THE REQUIRED <br />DEMOLITION, REMOVAL, AND RELOCATION OF EXISTING EQUIPMENT. <br />15.
