CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />ADVERTISEMENT <br />PROJECT NO.: XX-XXXX <br />PROJECT TITLE <br /> <br />x <br />FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />As this project involves Federal funding assistance, Federal Labor Standards, including Davis- <br />Bacon Act requirements, apply and will be enforced. If Federal and State wage rates differ, then <br />the higher of the two will prevail. <br />The City of Santa Ana has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of X% <br />for this contract. The Construction Contract DBE Commitment (Exhibit 15-G) and the DBE <br />Information – Good Faith Efforts (Exhibit 15-H) may be submitted with the bid proposal.
