Arrange for and deliver shop drawings, product data, and samples to Contractor. <br />2. Arrange and pay for product delivery to site. <br />3. Inspect products jointly with Contractor on delivery. <br />4. Submit claims for transportation damage. <br />5. Arrange for replacement of damaged, defective, or missing items. <br />6. Arrange for manufacturer's warranties, inspections, and service. <br />C. Contractor's Responsibilities: <br />1. Review shop drawings, product data, and samples. <br />2. Receive and unload products at site. <br />3. Inspect jointly with Owner for completeness and damage. <br />4. Handle, store, and install products. <br />5. Finish products as required after installation. <br />6. Repair or replace items damaged by Work of this Contract. <br />1.11 OWNER PRE-ORDERED PRODUCTS <br />A. Select products have been pre-ordered by Owner: <br />1. Refer to Drawings. <br />B. Owner has negotiated purchase orders for these products for incorporation into Project. <br />1. Purchase orders are assigned to Contractor; costs shall be included into base bid. <br />2.
