PROVIDE A SETTLING BASIN AND OIL <br />SEPARATOR PRIOR TO ITS DISCHARGE TO CITY OR COUNTRY <br />SEWERS. PROVIDE A WATER SAMPLING STATION DOWNSTREAM <br />OF BASIN FOR MONITORING OF WASTE WATER. DISPOSE OF <br />WASTEWATER IN CLOSED CONDUITS SO AS NOT TO DAMAGE <br />PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY NOR CREATE A NUISANCE OR <br />HEALTH HAZARD. <br />6.CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT DISCHARGE POLLUTANTS <br />DOWNSTREAM OF THE SETTLING BASIN/OIL SEPARATOR. THESE <br />POLLUTANTS INCLUDE LUBRICANTS, FUELS, CHEMICALS, AND <br />BITUMENS. CONTROL USE OF LUBRICATING OILS, HYDRAULIC <br />FLUIDS, GREASES, AND OTHER SUCH PRODUCTS. PROMPTLY <br />CLEAN UP AND PROPERLY DISPOSE OF MATERIALS <br />CONTAMINATED BY SPILLAGE OR LEAKAGE OF PRODUCTS. <br />7.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MODIFY AS REQUIRED THE CURRENT <br />APPROVED SWPPP/EROSION CONTROL PLANS FOR EACH PHASE <br />OF THE PROJECT OR AS CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES PROGRESS <br />THROUGH THE DURATION OF THE CONTRACT. THESE <br />MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE REPORTED AND COORDINATED WITH <br />BOTH THE QSD AND THE QSP. ANY MODIFICATIONS TO THE <br />OVERALL DURATION OF CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE FROM THAT <br />AS SHOWN ON THE CURRENT SWPPP, SHALL ALSO BE REPORTED <br />TO THE QSD. THE QSD SHALL THAN BE REQUIRED TO FILE AN <br />EXTENSION OF CONSTRUCTION OR COI, (CHANGE OF <br />INFORMATION), WITH THE STATE WATER RESOURCE CONTROL <br />BOARD.
