<br />1. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COORDINATION WITH AND BETWEEN SUB-
<br />CONTRACTORS BASED ON THE COMPLETE SET OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. NO
<br />ADDITIONAL OR EXTRA COMPENSATION WILL BE AWARDED TO A SUPPLIER THAT HAS BID FROM
<br />AND INCOMPLETE SET OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. IN CASE OF INCONSISTENCIES AND/OR
<br />DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN DOCUMENTS, THE MORE STRINGENT AND/OR DEFINITIVE DESRIPTION,
<br />DEPICTION AND/OR INTERPRETATION SHALL APPLY AND THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE
<br />OWNER AND/OR ENGINEER IMMEDIATELY
<br />2. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR TO FIELD VERIFY EXISTING SITE
<br />CONDITIONS AND DIMENSIONS PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION.
<br />3. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING A CURRENT SET OF
<br />CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS ON SITE, DURING CONSTRUCTION. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR
<br />SHALL INDICATE ON THESE PLANS, ALL APPROVED CHANGES TO THE WORK AND PROVIDED
<br />TO THE PROJECT ENGINEER UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT.
<br />4. ANY ERRORS, DISCREPANCIES AND/OR OMISSIONS THAT APPEAR IN THE CONSTRUCTION
<br />DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND/OR OTHER CONTRACT DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
<br />BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PROJECT ENGINEER IMMEDIATELY.
<br />5. NO MATERIAL SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE
<br />PROJECT ENGINEER. NOTIFICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN TEN (10) WORKING DAYS
<br />OF CONTRACT AWARD.
<br />6. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLEAN-UP OF ALL WORK FOR
<br />ALL SUB -CONTRACTORS AND ALL TRADES.
<br />7. DO NOT SCALE THESE DRAWINGS. DIMENSIONS AS INDICATED ARE THE DIMENSIONS TO BE USED
<br />FOR CONSTRUCTION. DO NOT SCALE THE DRAWINGS.
<br />8. THESE DRAWING ARE NOT TO BE ALTERED IN ANY WAY WITHOUT WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION
<br />FROM THE PROJECT ENGINEER. NO CHANGES ARE TO BE MADE ON THESE PLANS WITHOUT THE
<br />KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT OF THE ENGINEER.
<br />9. UPON COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION, IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GENERAL
<br />CONTRACTOR TO CLEAN ALL FINISHED SURFACES AS PER MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND EMPLOY
<br />THE SERVICES OF A PROFESSIONAL CLEANING COMPANY TO ASSURE AN OCCUPYABLE, CUSTOMER
<br />READY AND CLEAN SPACE THIS SHALL INCLUDE GLASS, CARPET AND ALL OTHER FINISHED SURFACES IN
<br />A MANNER ACCEPTABLE TO THE OWNER.
<br />10. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE PROTECTIVE COVERING OF ALL EXISTING
<br />AND NEW EQUIPMENT, MERCHANDISE, AND FINISHES DURING CONSTRUCTION.
<br />11. REFERENCES TO ANY DETAIL OR DRAWING IS FOR CONVENIENCE ONLY AND DOES NOT LIMIT THE
<br />APPLICATION OF SUCH DETAIL OR DRAWINGS.
<br />12. GENERAL CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS AS REQUIRED. VERIFY QUANTITY AND
<br />LOCATION WITH LOCAL OFFICIALS.
<br />13. ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING, PROVIDING AND
<br />INSTALLING ALL BACKING AND SUPPORT FOR ALL LIGHT FIXTURES AS REQUIRED.
<br />14. ALL SHOP DRAWINGS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE ENGINEER FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL.
<br />SHOP DRAWING CORRECTION AND/OR APPROVALS.
<br />15. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL ACQUIRE AS -BUILT DRAWINGS FROM ALL SUBCONTRACTORS
<br />UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT AND PROVIDE TO THE PROJECT ENGINEER.
<br />16. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN FIVE FOOT CLEAR UNOBSTRUCTED ACCESS TO ANY
<br />AND ALL WATER AND POWER DISTRIBUTION FACILITIES (POWER POLES, PULL BOXES,
<br />TRANSRORMERS, VAULTS, PUMPS, VALVES, METERS, APPURTENANCES, ETC.); OR TO THE
<br />LOCATION OF THE HOOK-UP.
<br />17. CONSTRUCTION SHALL CONFORM WITH ALL CURRENT AND/OR APPLICABLE BUILDING CODES,
<br />ORDINANCES, REGULATIONS AND ANY ASSOCIATED AMENDMENTS BY THE GOVERNING
<br />ENFORCEMENT BODIES. ALL WORK, CONSTRUCTION AND MATERIALS SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL PROVISIONS
<br />OF THE BUILDING CODE AND WITH OTHER RULES, REGULATIONS, AND ORDINANCES GOVERNING THE PLACE
<br />OF THE CONSTRUCTION. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ANYONE SUPPLYING LABOR OR BOTH TO BRING TO
<br />THE ATTENTION OF THE ENGINEER AND THE OWNER ANY DISCREPANCIES OR CONFLICT BETWEEN THE
<br />REQUIREMENTS OF THE CODE AND THE DRAWINGS.
<br />18. DRAWING DETAILS ARE INTENDED TO SHOW METHOD AND MANNER OF ACCOMPLISHING WORK.
<br />MINOR MODIFICATIONS MAY BE REQUIRED TO SUIT EXISTING CONDITIONS AND SHALL BE
<br />INCLUDED AS PART OF THE WORK.
<br />19. VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS AND CONDITIONS AT THE SITE PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF
<br />ANY WORK.
<br />20. VERIFY INSTALLATION LOCATIONS, SIZES AND REQUIRED OPENINGS WITH ALL AVAILABLE SHOP
<br />DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS, MANUALS AND/OR CUT -SHEETS FOR APPLICABLE PRE -
<br />MANUFACTURED ITEMS PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF ANY WORK.
<br />21. LATHING, PLASTERING AND GYPSUM BOARD/DRYWALL SHALL CONFORM WITH ANY APPLICABLE
<br />CODES, INCLUDING CHAPTER 25 OF THE CBC. GYPSUM BOARD/DRYWALL FASTENERS SHALL BE
<br />INSPECTED AND APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL BEFORE JOINTS ARE TAPED.
<br />22. EXTERIOR APPLICATION OF DRYWALL BACKING SHALL BE ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURER'S
<br />RECOMMENDATION FOR EXPANSION AND CONTRACTION MOVEMENT AND SHALL BE ONLY OF
<br />THE TYPE USED IN AN EXTERIOR APPLICATION.
<br />23. PAINT ALL GRILLES, VENT SCREEN AND LOUVERS TO MATCH ADJACENT WALL COLOR
<br />EXCEPT WHERE OTHERWISE NOTED.
<br />24• PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY BACKING AND FRAMING FOR WALL -MOUNTED ITEMS, LIGHT
<br />FIXTURES, INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR MALL SIGNAGE AND ALL OTHER ITEMS REQUIRING SAME.
<br />25. CONSTRUCT NO TRENCHES OR EXCAVATIONS 5' OR MORE IN DEPTH INTO WHICH A PERSON IS
<br />REQUIRED TO DESCEND, OR OBTAIN NECESSARY PERMIT FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DIVISION OF
<br />INDUSTRIAL SAFETY PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING OR GRADING PERMIT.
<br />26. CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL FIELD CONDITIONS DIMENSIONS AND EXISTING CONDITIONS,
<br />COORDINATE WITH ALL TRADES AND REPORT ANY DISCREPANCIES IN WRITING TO THE
<br />ENGINEER PRIOR TO PROCEEDING WITH THE WORK. ANY WORK INSTALLED IN CONFLICT WITH
<br />THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS SHALL BE CORRECTED BY THE CONTRACTOR ENTIRELY AT
<br />HIS EXPENSE.
<br />27. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE ENGINEER IMMEDIATELY OF ANY OMISSIONS OR
<br />DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS, CONSULTING PROFESSIONAL'S
<br />DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS OR EXISTING CONDITIONS. THIS NOTIFICATION SHALL BE MADE TO
<br />THE ARCHITECT IN WRITING IMMEDIATELY.
<br />28. CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE ENGINEER IMMEDIATELY IF INFORMATION IS NOT SHOWN OR IS
<br />UNCLEAR.
<br />29. THE EXTENT OF THE WORK IS ONLY INDICATED GENERALLY ON THE DRAWINGS AND SHALL NOT
<br />BE CONSIDERED AS THE COMPLETE SCOPE. CONDITIONS INDICATED ARE BASED ON LIMITED
<br />SURVEYS OF EXISTING CONDITIONS AND EXISTING DRAWINGS.
<br />30. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO LOCATE ALL EXISTING UTILITIES,
<br />WHETHER SHOWN HEREON OR NOT, AND TO PROTECT THEM FROM DAMAGE. THE CONTRACTOR
<br />SHALL BEAR ALL EXPENSE OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF UTILITIES OR OTHER PROPERTY
<br />DAMAGED BY OPERATIONS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE EXECUTION OF THE WORK.
<br />31. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE PEDESTRIAN OR VEHICULAR PROTECTION BARRICADES, WARNING
<br />SIGNS, PROTECTIVE DEVICES NECESSARY FOR PEDESTRIAN AND VEHICULAR SAFETY AS
<br />REQUIRED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES.
<br />32. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SCHEDULING AND COORDINATING THE WORK FOR ALL
<br />UTILITIES AND SERVICES,
<br />33. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ALL SLEEVING FOR IRRIGATION LINES AND CONDUITS UNDER
<br />SIDEWALKS ETC. PRIOR TO POURING CONCRETE.
<br />34. ALL CEILING HEIGHTS SHOWN ON THE FLOOR PLANS AND HEAD HEIGHT DIMENSIONS ARE FROM
<br />THE FINISHED FLOOR.
<br />35. PENETRATIONS OF FIRE -RESISTIVE WALLS, FLOOR -CEILINGS AND ROOF -CEILINGS SHALL BE
<br />PROTECTED AS REQUIRED IN CBC 2022.
<br />36. ALL CONSTRUCTION FOR WHICH A PERMIT IS REQUIRED SHALL BE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BY
<br />THE BUILDING OFFICIAL AND ALL SUCH CONSTRUCTION SHALL REMAIN ACCESSIBLE AND EXPOSED
<br />FOR INSPECTION PURPOSES UNTIL APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. REQUIRED
<br />INSPECTIONS SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

<br />* CONCRETE SLAB OR UNDER -FLOOR INSPECTION

<br />37. CONTRACTOR TO FOLLOW ALL REQUIREMENTS / INSTRUCTIONS AS LISTED IN THE
<br />NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM (NPDES) NOTES.
<br />38. THE CONTRACTOR AND SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL PURCHASE AND MAINTAIN CERTIFICATIONS
<br />OF INSURANCE WITH RESPECT TO WORKMAN'S COMPENSATION. PUBLIC LIABILITY AND
<br />PROPERTY DAMAGE FOR THE LIMITS AS REQUIRED BY LAW. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR
<br />SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INITIATING, MAINTAINING, AND SUPERVISING ALL SAFETY
<br />PRECAUTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE WORK. OTHER PARTIES.
<br />39. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURITY OF PROJECT AND SHALL BE
<br />RESPONSIBLE FOR DISCIPLINE OF ALL WORKERS ON THE PROJECT.
<br />40. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL SUPERVISION, ASSISTANCE, AND
<br />COORDINATION OF VARIOUS TRADES.
<br />41. MATERIALS SHALL BE JOINED TO UNIFORM, ACCURATE FITS, SO THEY MEET WITH NEAT, STRAIGHT
<br />LINES, FREE OF SMEARS, OVERLAPS AND IMPERFECTIONS. INSTALL EXPOSED MATERIALS
<br />APPROPRIATELY LEVEL, PLUMB AND AT ACCURATE RIGHT ANGLES OR FLUSH WITH ADJOINING
<br />MATERIALS. WORK OF EACH TRADE SHALL MEET OR EXCEED ALL NATIONAL STANDARDS
<br />PUBLISHED BY THAT TRADE EXCEPT WHERE THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ARE MORE STRINGENT;
<br />IN SUCH CASES, WORK SHALL MEET OR EXCEED THE STANDARDS ESTABLISHED BY THE
<br />CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
<br />42. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO DISTRIBUTE ADEQUATE
<br />COPIES OF ALL DRAWINGS TO ALL TRADES FALLING UNDER THEIR RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL TIMES
<br />DURING THE PROGRESS OF THE JOB INCLUDING REVISIONS.
<br />43. UPON COMPLETION OF THE JOB, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT CERTIFICATES OF
<br />INSPECTION OR SATISFACTORY COMPLETION.
<br />44. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL AT ALL TIMES KEEP PREMISES FREE FROM ACCUMULATION OF DEBRIS
<br />CAUSED BY HIS OPERATIONS.
<br />45. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DISPOSING OF OFF SITE PACKAGING CARTONS OR
<br />CONTAINERS, TRASH, AND DEBRIS IN A SAFE, ACCEPTABLE MANNER, AND AT NO COST OR
<br />INCONVENIENCE TO OTHER PARTIES.
<br />46. WHERE NO DIMENSION IS SHOWN, PROVIDE AND CONFIRM DIMENSIONS IN WRITING AT THE TIME
<br />OF WALL LAYOUT & PRIOR TO ORDERING ANY MATERIALS AND/OR EQUIPMENT DEPENDENT ON
<br />SUCH VERIFICATION.
<br />47. THE TERM *TYPICAL" OR "TYP" AS USED IN THESE DOCUMENTS SHALL MEAN THAT THE CONDITION IS
<br />THE SAME FROM SIMILAR CONDITIONS, THROUGHOUT UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
<br />48. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH THE LOCAL FIRE MARSHAL AND PROVIDE FOR ANY
<br />TEMPORARY FIRE -SAFETY REQUIREMENTS.
<br />49. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE PROPER PROTECTION FOR ALL CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
<br />SUBJECT TO DAMAGE FROM THE ELEMENTS.
<br />50. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL APPLICABLE CODES
<br />WITH RESPECT TO FIRE RATING OF DOORS, FRAMES AND RELATED HARDWARE. NOTIFY THE
<br />ENGINEER OF ANY DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN CODES AND CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
<br />51. PROVIDE BACKING AT ALL INDICATED FIXTURE, SIGN, HANDRAILS, AND OTHER WALL AND
<br />CEILING -MOUNTED LOCATIONS AS REQUIRED.
<br />52. ALL EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS INDICATED SHALL BE "NEW" UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
<br />1. ALL DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION SHALL COMPLY WITH CALIFORNIA FIRE CODE AND THE
<br />CALIFORNIA BUILDING CODE 2022.
<br />2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING ANY AND ALL PERMITS AND SHALL
<br />PAY ALL FEES NECESSARY OF ENCROACHMENT, GRADING, DEMOLITION, AND DISPOSAL OF SAID
<br />MATERIALS AS REQUIRED BY PRIVATE, LOCAL AND STATE JURISDICTIONS.
<br />3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A SITE INSPECTION TO FULLY ACKNOWLEDGE
<br />THE EXTENT OF THE DEMOLITION WORK.
<br />4. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY AND LOCATE ALL EXISTING ABOVE AND UNDERGROUND
<br />UTILITIES. LOCATIONS SHOWN ON THE PLANS ARE APPROXIMATE AND ARE SHOWN FOR GENERAL
<br />INFORMATION ONLY.
<br />5. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH UTILITY SURVEYOR PRIOR TO REMOVAL OF ANY
<br />UTILITIES. ALL UTILITIES SHALL BE APPROPRIATELY DISCONNECTED PRIOR TO REMOVAL.
<br />6. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT ABANDON -IN -PLACE ANY EXISTING UNDERGROUND STRUCTURE,
<br />UTILITY OR IMPROVEMENT SO DESIGNATED FOR REMOVAL UNLESS DIRECTED BY THE OWNER OR
<br />OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE.
<br />7. DAMAGE TO ANY EXISTING UTILITIES AND SERVICES TO REMAIN SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF
<br />THE CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR SHALL REPAIR AND/OR REPLACE IN KIND.
<br />8. EROSION CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED TO PREVENT DEBRIS AND UNSUITABLE
<br />MATERIALS FROM ENTERING STORM, SANITARY SEWERS AND STREETS.
<br />9. REMOVAL OF LANDSCAPING SHALL INCLUDE ROOTS AND ORGANIC MATERIALS
<br />10. DUST CONTROL SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED DURING DEMOLITION. DUST AND NOISE DURING
<br />DEMOLITION & CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM
<br />11. BACK FILL ALL DEPRESSIONS AND TRENCHES FROM DEMOLITION.
<br />12. EXCESS WASTE CONCRETE MAY NOT BE WASHED INTO THE PUBLIC WAY OR ANY OTHER
<br />DRAINAGE SYSTEM. PROVISIONS SHALL BE MADE TO RETAIN CONCRETE WASTES ON SITE. UNTIL
<br />THEY CAN BE DISPOSED OF AS SOLID WASTE.
<br />13. IT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT TRASH AND CONSTRUCTION RELATED
<br />SOLID WASTES INCLUDING GREEN WASTES FROM LANDSCAPING AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
<br />MUST BE DEPOSITED INTO APPROPRIATE RECEPTACLES AND DISPOSED OF.
<br />14. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN
<br />DURING ALL DEMOLITION ACTIVITIES.
<br />15. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DISPOSING OF OFF SITE PACKAGING CARTONS OR
<br />CONTAINERS, TRASH, AND DEBRIS IN A SAFE, ACCEPTABLE MANNER, AND AT NO COST OR
<br />INCONVENIENCE TO OTHER PARTIES.
<br />16. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE PROTECTIVE COVERINGS FOR CARPET, FURNISHINGS
<br />AND EXISTING FINISHES IN AREAS OF DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION AND SHALL BE
<br />RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIR OF ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE WORK OF THE GENERAL
<br />CONTRACTOR AND ANY SUBCONTRACTOR.
<br />17. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ERECT ALL NECESSARY TEMPORARY SOUND AND/OR PLASTIC
<br />DROP CLOTH PARTITIONS TO PROTECT AREAS TO REMAIN WHILE DEMOLITION AND
<br />CONSTRUCTION ARE IN PROGRESS.
<br />18. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL TO PROTECT AND NOT TO DAMAGE
<br />ANY PORTION OR EXISTING INSTALLATION NOT BEING REMOVED.
<br />19. ANY PROJECTING OR SURFACE -MOUNTED ITEMS BEING ABANDONED SHALL BE REMOVED,
<br />CAPPED, AND CONCEALED BEHIND FINISHED SURFACES, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
<br />20. IN ALL AREAS WHERE DEMOLITION CAUSES UNEVENNESS OR VOIDS IN FLOOR, THE
<br />CONTRACTOR SHALL PATCH TO LEVEL FLOOR WITH EXISTING SLAB AND/OR REQUIRED.
<br />SURFACE TO RECEIVE NEW FINISHED FLOOR.
<br />21. BRACE, SUPPORT, AND / OR TEMPORARILY SHORE EXISTING WORK, AS REQUIRED, PRIOR TO AND
<br />DURING DEMOLITION AND NEW WORK. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE
<br />FOR PROVIDING THE TEMPORARY SHORING AND SHALL OBTAIN ANY NECESSARY GOVERNMENTAL
<br />APPROVALS FOR THE TEMPORARY SHORING BEFORE INSTALLATION, EXCAVATION, OR REMOVAL

<br />24. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING & VERIFYING DEMOLITION PLANS IN
<br />RELATION TO EXISTING STRUCTURAL, ARCHITECTURAL, MECHANICAL, AND PLUMBING
<br />CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS. ARCHITECT & THE OWNER ARE TO BE NOTIFIED OF ANY AND ALL
<br />CONFLICTS, DISCREPANCIES, OR PROBLEMS PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF WORK.
<br />25. ALL EQUIPMENT AND MATERIAL WHICH IS IN OPERATING CONDITION WHEN REMOVED SHALL BE
<br />MAINTAINED AS SUCH AND RETURNED TO OWNER AS PER HIS REQUIREMENTS.
<br />26. IDENTIFY ALL DAMAGED ELEMENTS DESIGNATED TO REMAIN OR BE RELOCATED. INFORM
<br />ARCHITECT OF CONDITION OF SAID ELEMENTS AND RECEIVE CLARIFICATION OF REUSE BEFORE

<br />28. SAW CUT AND REMOVE EXISTING SOLID GROUTED CMU AND SLABS AS REQUIRED FOR WORK,
<br />WHETHER OR NOT IT IS INDICATED AT EVERY INSTANCE.
<br />29. TEMPORARY WALLS ARE NOT TO BE REMOVED UNTIL ALL FINISH WORK IS COMPLETED OR
<br />APPROVAL IS GRANTED BY THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER.
<br />30. ANY AND ALL DISCREPANCIES SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE IMMEDIATE ATTENTION OF THE

<br />31. REMOVAL OF EXISTING ELECTRICAL WORK SHALL INCLUDE CONDUIT, BOXES, WIRE CABLE,

<br />33. ALL AREAS TO BE DEMOLISHED OR DISTURBED BY ANY DEMOLITION ARE TO BE PATCHED AND
