As expected <br />for a mid-rise building in Santa Ana, it can be seen that the response from the design basis earthquake is <br />far greater than the response from the code-level wind forces. Accordingly, the calculations and design <br />checks included in this calculation package ignore wind forces as they are shown not to control the design. <br />
