In addition, changes in applicable or appropriate standards may occur, whether they result from legislation or the broadening of knowledge. The validity of the recommendations of this report assumes that Geotechnical Solutions, Inc. will be retained to provide these services. The scope of our services did not include any investigation for the presence or absence of hazardous or toxic materials in the soil, surface water, groundwater or air, on or below or around this site. 27
