The conclusions presented in this report are based on <br />the results of our field exploration, percolation tests, and other laboratory tests. <br />It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that proper design and construction methods are <br />employed. The findings of this report are valid as of the report date. However, changes in <br />the conditions of a property can occur with the passage of time, whether due to natural <br />processes or the works of man on this or adjacent properties.
