Conventional <br />shallow spread or continuous footings or alternatively mat footings will be suitable for <br />foundation support of the proposed Site Improvement Project. <br />The closest known active fault capable of producing a major earthquake is the San <br />Joaquin Hills Fault, which is located about 2.91 miles (4.66 km) away from the site.
