Artesia Street, <br />Santa Ana, CA 92704. <br /> <br />Dear Mrs. Tang: <br /> <br />In accordance with the requirements of the City and per your request and authorization, <br />this soil report has been prepared for the proposed project. <br /> <br />It is noted that Geotechnical International was the project geotechnical consultant of <br />many similar projects in the City of Santa Ana. Therefore, we are familiar with the <br />geotechnical conditions of the site. <br /> <br />Follow is a summary of our findings and conclusions and recommendations for this <br />project. <br /> <br />Site Description and Proposed Development <br /> <br />The subject property is located on the easterly side of S. Artesia Street, south of W. <br />Carriage Drive (south of W. Segerstrom Avenue), north of W. Moore Avenue (north of <br />W. Alton Avenue), east of S. Raitt Street, west of Bear Street, within a developed <br />residential area. <br /> <br />A two-story house with an attached garage exists at the site. <br /> <br />Based on the Site Plan prepared by the designer, we understand that the proposed new <br />detached ADU will be located in the rear yard area where grass exists. <br /> <br />Note to the geotechnical report reviewer: Please see the actual full-scale plans prepared <br />by the architect/designer/civil engineer which are separately submitted to the City for <br />review, for clarification/details of the proposed development, as needed. <br /> <br />The site is relatively flat; and we understand that additional raw cut/raw fill is not <br />proposed for the site. <br />
