MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />To: Date: <br />From: <br />Subject:No fee Building Plan Check & Permit for Project 22-6023 Cypress Center Restoration <br />(City Project) <br /> <br /> <br />The Public Works Agency is managing the design and construction process for an existing Fire <br />Station at Cypress Fire Station, 625 Cypress Avenue. The project will require a several building <br />permit(s) for grading, building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing. As this is a City project, we are <br />requesting few waivers for all applicable building & grading plan checking & permits. <br /> <br />The Scope of Work includes renovation of an existing City of Santa Ana Fire Station, interior tenant <br />improvements, ADA compliancy, minor demolition of a non-conforming structure, exterior fencing, <br />landscaping & concrete.
