Copies of the report shall be available at the job site at all times. <br />Final reports for all inspections and testing must be provided by the special inspector. Final reports <br />shall document completion of all inspections and correction of all noted discrepencies. <br />The duties of the special inspector shall be in conformance with the requirements of section 1704 of <br />the latest edition of the CBC. <br />Contractor shall be responsible for all expenses due to any premature notification of inspection which <br />results in additional site visits. <br />Failure of notification by the contractor for inspection on a timely basis may result in complete removal <br />and replacement of all work performed at contractors expense. <br />For special inspection of wood diaphragm and shear walls, contact Gouvis Engineering for schedule. <br />Special inspection is required for the following items: <br />1.
