BC Architects Engineers, PLC 5661 Columbia Pike, Suite 200, Falls Church, VA 22041-2868 Tel (703) 671-6000 Fax (703) 671-6300
May 8, 2025

Ms. Linda Renfroe
Amentum
2 Ash Street, St # 3000
Conshohocken, PA 19428

RE: FA Code – 10087160
PTN – 3551A1F849
Site ID – SICA001875
Site Address – 2120 ½ South Bristol, Santa Ana, CA 92704

Ms. Renfroe,
Pursuant to your request, we have completed the analysis of the existing antenna sector mounts and
all associated connections and incidental components for the installation of proposed equipment at
the above referenced site, as shown on project documents. AT&T’s proposed scope of work consists
of installing (3) panel antennas. The proposed installation will result in a total of (15) panel antennas,
(15) RRUs, and (4) DC6s.
This is to certify that to the best of my knowledge and professional opinion, the antenna support
system components have been analyzed in accordance with the applicable codes and standards, as
required by the IBC-2021, ASCE 7-16, and TIA-222-H. Based on the 3-D structural analysis software
and our calculations, the existing antenna sector mounts have adequate capacity to support the
proposed loads and PASS at 87.2%.
If I can be of further assistance, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,

Rama Pranav Kristam, P.E.
Principal Member of BC Architects Engineers, PLC
