Additional Services Required <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />Planning and Building Agency <br />1225 N West St <br />Santa Aa CA 92703 <br />Approved <br />FOR PERMIT ISSUANCE <br />Priority Engineering Group shall be called to provide the following services. <br />Master ID: <br />All earthwork to be performed under the observation and testing of the Geotechni @j"gineer or <br />Engineering personnel reporting to the Geotechnical Engineer. All earthworks, including excavation, <br />backfill and preparation of subgrade, should be performed in accordance with the geotechnical recom- <br />mendations presented in this report. All import fill material to be approved by Geotechnical Engineer <br />prior to importing to the site for use as compacted fill. <br />Conclusion <br />Development of the site, as proposed, is considered feasible from a Geotechnical Engineering perspec- <br />tive, assuming the recommendations in this report are incorporated in the design and implemented in <br />the field. <br />When constructed in accordance with the specifications in this report the site will be safe and adequate <br />for the intended use. <br />7 <br />
