<br /> <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Building Department <br /> <br />Ross & Durant I <br />1411 N Durant St, Santa Ana, CA 92706 <br /> <br /> We could not meet all of the 1207.7 indoor ESS installation requirements on this property as called <br />out in the latest round of Fire Comments, thus the batteries have been removed from the design. <br />The plan set has been updated with this removal, with the changes on each sheet outlined below: <br /> <br />C100 <br />- Removed BESS system information from title block at the top of the sheet and title block <br />on the right side of the sheet. (Title block on right side of sheet has been updated on every <br />sheet but will only be mentioned here.) <br />- Bill of Materials was updated to remove the battery hardware. The Solaredge SE5700H <br />inverter was removed as it was required for the battery. (2) Solaredge SE17.3k inverters are <br />now used. <br />- The sheet index was updated to remove sheets E801 and R104 as these are no longer <br />needed. <br />- The Codes and Standards section has been updated to include the most recent code cycles. <br /> <br />E100 <br />- The batteries were removed from the site plan. <br /> <br />E200 <br />- The batteries were removed from Detail F. Detail F was relabeled Detail E. Detail E on <br />Rev A was removed as it pertained to the BESS. Detail A on Rev A was removed as these <br />inverter types are no longer used. <br /> <br />E300 <br />- The stringing was updated due to the inverter change. <br /> <br />E600 <br />- This whole sheet has been revision clouded since the SLD, wire schedules, and equipment <br />note section all had to be updated with the removal of the BESS. <br /> <br />E810 <br />- The site placards have been updated per utility requirements. <br /> <br />Thank you for your time, <br />Tim Bruckner <br />Multifamily PV System Designer <br />Sunrun
