DYNAMIC TENSILE LOADING / CYCLIC WITHDRAWAL: <br />3.1 Procedure: <br />3.1.1 Load intervals are approximately from 5% to 50% of static load average, previously determined (see <br />Section 1). Each load level is held for 10 seconds.
