Except where rnodified by recommendations <br />presented in this report, all site preparation and grading <br />should be performed in accordance with our Minimum Standard <br />Grading Specification included as Appendix B. <br />Removal of Existing Improvements. A11 abandoned <br />pipelines, cesspools, septic tanks, irrigation lines and <br />other buried improvenents encountered during grading should <br />be removed in accordance with the recommendations of the <br />soil engineer. <br />Stripp ing.
