Falrvlerc Street <br />1n the clEy of Santa Ana, Callfornia. <br />Refereoce should be rnade to the GeotechnlcalInvestiSa!10n as prepared by thls firm on ovember 53 1987.Please also refer to our Gradlng Plan Review letEer dated <br />January 2L// 1988. <br />FIELD TESTING AND OBSERVATIONS <br />As preparatlon <br />performed: <br />the <br />clearlng operaElon,vegetation, <br />removed from thewere <br />for <br />1. The existlng ground in the areas of the building,extending a nininuo of 5 feet outside the bulldlng line, wasundercut to a depth of 3 feet below the boEton of thefootlngs. The exposed surface was then scarifled and <br />compacted to a depth of 6 to 12 Lnches. <br />2. The existing ground ln the Lruck well areaundercut to a depth of 3 feet below the bottom offootlngs and then scarified and compacEed to a depth of <br />12 inches. <br />1{AS <br />the <br />6 to <br />3.
