<br />GREASE INTERCEPTOR MEMORANDUM <br /> <br /> <br />To: Quoc Nguyen – Applicant Date: October 3, 2025 <br /> Yolanda G Cervantes – Associate Engineer <br />From: PWA, Water Resources <br /> <br />Location: 328 N HARBOR BLVD, UNIT A – PHO N GO <br /> <br /> <br />The above referenced food service establishment (FSE) must comply with the Fats, Oils, and Grease <br />(FOG) Control Program Rules and Regulations as identified in Ordinance NS-2921 and as follows: <br /> <br />A Gravity Grease Interceptor (GGI) is required at this FSE <br /> <br />☒ This FSE shall install a Gravity Grease Interceptor (GGI). <br />☐ This FSE shall maintain the existing Gravity Grease Interceptor (GGI). <br /> <br />This FSE qualifies for at least one of the following condition(s): <br /> <br />This is a new FSE, or; <br /> <br />This is an existing FSE undergoing remodeling, or; <br /> <br />This is an existing FSE involving a change (of operation, ownership, and/or name) that is likely to <br />continue discharging a high level of FOG or has the potential to increase the amount of FOG discharged <br />to the sewer system. <br /> <br /> <br />C/c: Water Resources Division <br /> Planning & Building Agency <br /> OC Health Care Agency <br /> Public Works Agency (Development) <br /> EEC Environmental <br /> Applicant <br />
