ALL RUSTED SPOTS ON (E) RAILING/STRINGERS MUST BE FIXED <br />AND RECOATED WITH ANTIRUST PAINT. <br />5. ALL FINISHING MATERIALS TO MATCH EXISTING. <br />6. ALL CRACKS MUST BE REPAIRED/SEALED AND RECOATED. <br />7.ANY NOTCH OR RIPPING IT MUST MATCH EXISTING CONDITION <br />AND SIZE WHERE OCCUR. <br />8.THE RAILING HEIGHT MUST BE 42" HIGH PER CURRENT BUILDING <br />CODE. IF THE RAILING HEIGHT IS LESS THAN 42" THEN IT IS <br />RECOMMENDED TO INCREASE THE HEIGHT TO MEET THE <br />CURRENT CODE REQUIREMENT. HOWEVER, PER SB721 THE <br />RAILING HEIGHT DOES NOT NEED TO BE INCREASED IF IT WILL <br />REMAIN SAME WITH NO REPLACEMENT.
