The City of Santa Ana Planning & Building Agency is the responsible agency for legal
addressing within the City of Santa Ana’s jurisdiction. This letter confirms the existence of the
addresses for the existing two-unit residential property located at 5213 and 5215 West
Roosevelt Avenue in Santa Ana. 5213 and 5215 West Roosevelt Avenue are assigned to each
unit at the two-unit residential property, and 5217 West Roosevelt Avenue is assigned to a
