Dear Jennifer,
The City of Santa Ana Planning and Building Agency is the responsible agency for legal addressing within
the City of Santa Ana’s jurisdiction. This letter confirms the address assignment for the buildings located
at 288 South Harbor Boulevard (APN: 188-041-06). Notice is hereby given that the assigned building
addresses are provided within the attached address plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
The following building addresses shall be posted on the property:
1. 288 S. Harbor Blvd (Site and Common Area Address)
2. 288 S. Harbor Blvd, Building A (Meeting Room Building Address)
3. 288 S. Harbor Blvd, Building B (Church Building Address)
4. 288 S. Harbor Blvd, Building C (Parish Hall Building Address)
5. 288 S. Harbor Blvd, Building D (Pastoral Office Building Address)
To subdivide buildings/tenant spaces into multiple spaces, a building permit (and all other associated
permits), plans, and inspection approvals by the Planning and Building Agency are required. The building
addresses will be verified during Final Permit and/or Certificate of Occupancy inspections by the Building
