Subject: New Addresses for Budget Inn Residential Conversion (“North Harbor Village) at
1108 North Harbor Boulevard in Santa Ana
Dear Mr. Witkowski:
The City of Santa Ana Planning and Building Agency is the responsible agency for legal
addressing within the City of Santa Ana’s jurisdiction. This letter confirms the new addresses
assigned to a residential conversion project at the Budget Inn, now known as “North Harbor
Village†at 1108 North Harbor Boulevard in Santa Ana.
Please note that this property contains two existing structures; a third new structure is proposed
as part of the project. All three structures will utilize the address of 1108 North Harbor
Boulevard, with respective building letters assigned as noted on the attached plans and address
list. Unit numbers will not repeat on site.
